Return of the Racer

Rewind back to 1960s Britain and rather than tracksuit-clad hooligans pummeling each other outside their local Dixons, we had groups of Mods and Rockers going at it on Brighton beach. Cruze Control with Rob Huff

A family hatchback that’s capable of returning 50.4 miles per gallon while having enough space in the boot for a pram and the weekly shop probably isn’t the best vehicle to be throwing around Bedford Autodrome. Footballers aren’t content with spending thousands of their not-so hard earned cash on flash new motors, so instead they heap more dollar personalising, styling and pimping their cars to lavish levels.
